Passenger growth continues as Rotorua Airport readies itself for the future

The number of people using Rotorua Airport continues to grow – jumping 7.7 per cent in the past financial year. Clean cars for good cause

For Jeff Hall, the more dirty cars the better. The Rotorua Airport firefighter will have the scrubbing brushes and hose ready on Thursday washing cars as part of his fundraising efforts ahead of his fourth Sky Tower Stair Challenge. The value of Rotorua Airport’s land has jumped in the past year, largely due to work underway to develop a masterplan for the airport’s future development and plans to build non-aviation revenue. Rotorua Airport welcomes extra flight capacity over summer season

Rotorua Airport is welcoming a significant increase in flight capacity in and out of Rotorua over the summer season.
