Parking
 The carpark at Rotorua Airport is an open air, fully fenced and monitored parking space. Your parking fee is payable inside the terminal before you reach your vehicle. A token then allows you to exit through the barrier arm.

Airport Development Levy / Airport Information Desk
This area is located between the Café and the check-in counters.
Our staff provide general information and assistance with regards to the airport. Also at hand are last minute convenience items, such as magazines and newspapers for sale. An Airport Development Levy applies to all departing passengers. Our staff accept payment in cash or via EFTPOS and leading credit cards.

Internet Facilities
 Stay connected at Rotorua Airport. We have public Internet kiosks in the terminal for your use. Simply purchase a pre-paid voucher from the Airport Development Levy desk to access the computers.
There is terminal wide wi-fi coverage; access codes can also be purchased from the Airport Development Levy Desk.
Accommodation & Attractions Phone-board
Located near to the baggage claim area, a display board features a range of attractions and accommodation in the area. You can easily make contact by using the attached free-phone. Rental car companies have desks within the terminal.

Robert Harris Coffee
 Centrally located within the terminal is a Robert Harris cafe serving the finest coffee, meal and snack items.
Be sure to allow time to indulge in freshly baked muffin or a coffee of your choice, from our award winning barista’s, before your flight.
Conference / Meeting Rooms
The airport is a convenient location for meetings, especially if you’re on a tight schedule. Meeting rooms are available for small to medium sized groups and full catering is available.
