Competition Conditions

Air New Zealand, terms and conditions for all flight prizes

Airfare prizes of ‘return Economy Class flights from Rotorua to Sydney’ including Government and Airport taxes, flying Air New Zealand, will be available for use between 12 Dec 2009 and 12 Dec 2010 subject to booking and flight availability.

Current valid passports and any visa documentation required are the responsibility of the winner and the travelling participants. All prize travel will be subject to Air New Zealand’s General Terms and Conditions of carriage, to view visit Air New Zealand Conditions.

Airpoints Dollars cannot be accrued on prize air travel.

Further Terms and Conditions

  1. Only one entry per person will be accepted into the Competition Database.
  2. There will be ongoing competitions which will vary in content and prizes.
  3. Entry into this competition is deemed to be acceptance of these competition Terms and Conditions.
  4. Staff and family of staff of Rotorua International Airport, Rotorua District Council and any of the Councils that make up Central Park New Zealand, or their contractors, are not eligible to enter.
  5. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  6. It is the responsibility of the prizewinners to secure all necessary documentation, passports, visas, spending money, transfers and accommodation – depending on the content of the competition at their own expense
  7. Prize that include air travel will include the cost of the airfare and related airport taxes.
  8. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 they must be accompanied by a legal adult guardian on the trip.
  9. Prizes can not be transferred nor exchanged for cash.
  10. Prizewinners will be notified by email and phone.
